Understand credits, plans, and usage
Credits pay for applicable creation and generation actions. Your plan also controls entitlements such as how many digital humans and voice clones you can have, the highest video resolution available, and the number of languages available in the current month. Use Billing and Usage to see the values that apply to your account now.
Read the live cost before an action
Avatar and voice creation screens display the cost for the selected option, or show a free first-use entitlement when one is available.
The project editor estimates credit use live from the selected output type, script, resolution, and language.
An insufficient-credit warning disables generation and may show an approximate character amount your current balance can support.
Costs and available options can depend on your plan, so treat the value shown in the product as the current source of truth.
Check your balance and entitlements
Open Billing to see remaining credits, the current plan, and a renewal date when one applies.
Open Usage to see your current digital-human count, voice-clone count, languages used this month, and maximum video resolution.
Use the Usage chart to view credit consumption by day, week, or month.
Use the transaction filter to review purchases, consumption, refunds, subscription grants, and administrative adjustments. Each row includes the resulting balance.
Buy credits
In Billing, open the Buy credits tab.
Enter an amount in EUR of at least €1. The screen calculates the credits you will receive at the currently displayed rate.
Select Buy credits. Checkout opens in a new tab.
After payment, return to Billing or the checkout-success page and allow a short time for the balance or subscription to update.
Manage your subscription
Use the Plans tab to compare the currently displayed individual and business plans.
Depending on account state, the action can start checkout, change plans, schedule cancellation, renew a scheduled cancellation, or downgrade to Free.
Use Manage billing to open the customer portal for billing-specific account management.
If a checkout product is not configured, the page reports that directly. Contact the product team rather than repeatedly attempting a checkout that cannot start.
Avoid billing surprises
Generate a short test before a large job, monitor the live estimate, and use Usage to identify the activity behind deductions. Do not assume a static price, quota, language count, or resolution entitlement from an old article or marketing page; rely on the values currently shown after you sign in.
