Manage avatar looks and choose one for a project
The avatar detail page is the workspace for an individual digital person. It contains the original reference photo and every generated or uploaded look that can be used by a video project.
Open and review a look
Open Avatars, then select one of your avatars. The card and detail page show its readiness status.
Select an image to inspect it at a larger size before using it in a project.
Use the look whose framing and orientation match the channel you intend to publish to. For example, a vertical 9:16 look is a better starting point for portrait video.
Create another AI look
On the avatar detail page, choose Generate custom look or Generate similar from an existing generated look.
Choose a scene preset, a shot type, and an orientation.
Add optional details, such as a prop or a simple pose. Keep details compatible with the original person and use case.
Review the shown credit cost and select Generate. The new look appears in the avatar when it is ready.
Upload an approved look
Use Upload custom look when you already have an image you are authorized to animate. The image limit is 10 MB. After upload succeeds, it is available with the generated looks and can be selected in the project editor.
Create a project from a chosen look
Hover or open a ready look and select Create project.
A new project opens with that avatar and look preselected.
Choose a voice and language, enter the script, select the video resolution, and generate when the estimate is acceptable.
Rename or remove assets carefully
Use the avatar actions menu to edit its display name or copy its ID when you need to identify it in another workflow.
You can delete individual uploaded/generated images from their image actions.
Deleting an avatar permanently removes its reference photo and all generated looks. This cannot be undone, so download or preserve any approved source material before deleting it.
