Create an audio or talking-video project

Projects are where your selected assets and script become output. Open Projects and select Create project, or start from a ready avatar look or voice card to have that asset preselected. A new project begins as a draft and saves your editing changes automatically.

Select the output type

  • Video creates a talking-video project. It needs a script, a voice, an avatar, a specific avatar look, and a permitted resolution.

  • Audio creates an audio-only project. It needs a script and a voice; you do not need to select an avatar or resolution.

  • Choose the output type while the project is still a draft. Existing non-draft projects keep their type; editing a completed result creates a new draft version instead of overwriting the original.

Choose the avatar and voice

  1. For video, open the Avatar selector. Browse My avatars or Built-in, then open an avatar to choose one of its looks. Select a ready look with the framing you want.

  2. Open the Voice selector. Browse My voices or Built-in, and use a preview when available.

  3. For a personal voice with multiple samples, open it and choose the intended language. For a built-in voice, choose the language row directly.

  4. The selected voice sample sets the project language. Make sure the script is written in that language.

Write and organize the script

  • Give the project a meaningful name. If it is blank, the editor proposes a name from the first 40 characters of the first script segment.

  • Enter text in one or more numbered segments. Blank segments are ignored when you generate.

  • Video segments are limited to 100 characters each. Audio-only segments are limited to 600 characters each.

  • Use Auto split for a longer script, add a new segment with the plus button, split at the cursor, merge with the next segment, or delete an unnecessary segment. When a segment is over the limit, the editor highlights it and can split it automatically when you leave the field.

  • After merging segments, reread the combined text: merging places text together without automatically adding punctuation or spaces.

Choose video resolution

For a video project, select 480p, 720p, 1080p, or 4K when the option is available to your plan. Options above your entitlement are disabled and identify that an upgrade is required. Choose the smallest resolution that meets the publishing need when you are testing a script or look.

Review the estimate and generate

  1. Confirm that the project name, at least one non-empty script segment, and a voice are selected. Video also requires an avatar and resolution.

  2. Read the live credit estimate next to Generate. If the balance is insufficient, the editor shows an affordable character hint and disables generation.

  3. Wait for the automatic-save indicator to finish when editing a draft, then select Generate.

  4. The draft is published into the generation queue. Return to Projects or open its preview page to follow progress.

A reliable production habit

For a longer or public-facing piece, generate a short test with the exact chosen voice language, avatar look, and resolution first. Check pronunciation, timing, visual fit, and the final script before investing credits in a longer version.
