Odrazio Cookie Policy

This Policy should be read with the Privacy Policy. It describes the current public website implementation, including consent-gated analytics where configured.

1. What cookies and similar storage are

Cookies are small text files set in a browser. Local storage is a browser storage area that is not sent with every web request. We use limited first-party storage to make the Service work, remember language and consent choices, and keep a signed-in session usable. You can control or clear these technologies through browser settings and the Cookie Settings control in the Service, but doing so may affect functionality.

2. Current first-party storage

  • NEXT_LOCALE — cookie. Purpose: remembers your chosen interface language and helps redirect you to the matching language path. Category: functional. Duration: up to one year. Configuration: path / and SameSite=Lax.

  • odrazio-cookie-consent — local storage, not a server cookie. Purpose: remembers the analytics, marketing, and functional preferences selected in the consent interface. Category: consent preference. Duration: until you change the setting or clear browser storage. It is not designed to be sent to our server.

  • accessToken and refreshToken — local storage, not cookies. Purpose: keep a signed-in user authenticated to the dashboard. The access token is designed to be short-lived (currently about 15 minutes) and the refresh token is designed to expire after the applicable session period (currently about 7 days). Signing out removes these values from supported product controls, although an expired value may remain in browser storage until cleared.

  • Google Analytics 4 — Google cookies or similar identifiers, only when analytics is configured and you opt in. Purpose: measure aggregated use of public pages and improve the website. Category: analytics. Google determines its own retention and processing under its applicable policies.

3. Analytics and marketing

When the Google Analytics 4 measurement ID is configured, the public Odrazio website loads Google Analytics only after you opt in to the analytics category. We use it to understand aggregated use of public pages; we do not intentionally send URL query strings, and we do not load it on dashboard or OAuth pages. We do not use advertising or marketing tracking scripts through this integration. Google may process analytics and technical data under its own policies. You can refuse analytics or withdraw it later in Cookie Settings; we then update the analytics consent signal and remove Google Analytics identifiers from this browser where the browser permits.

4. Third-party sign-in

If you choose a third-party sign-in option, that identity provider may set or read its own cookies or similar technologies under its own policies. Those technologies are not controlled by this Cookie Policy. You can choose email/password sign-in where it is offered instead of third-party sign-in.

5. Your choices

Use Cookie Settings in the footer or consent notice to change available non-essential preferences. You can also block or delete cookies and local storage in your browser. Blocking functional storage may prevent language preference, sign-in, or other parts of the Service from working correctly. To remove dashboard session data, sign out and clear browser storage if necessary.
